MEET THE TEAM
Judith has a wealth of hospitality expertise built over decades.
Managing Director
Judith’s career spans both operational and training roles in hotels of all sizes, from independent SMEs to internationally recognised 5-star properties, giving her a deep, first hand understanding of how hospitality businesses run and what their teams need to succeed.
Her influence on the industry goes far beyond the training room. At The Best Practice Forum and the Hospitality Skills Alliance, Judith delivered programmes for the Profit Through Productivity initiative, managed and trained assessors for the Excellence Through People and AIM Accreditations.
She assessed venues for the HRS Hotel Awards, and developed value added learning for hospitality apprenticeships.
This blend of operational insight, training expertise and industry wide impact makes Judith a trusted partner for clients looking to strengthen their people, culture, and performance.

A small, country-style hotel with beautiful gardens, comfortable rooms dressed in amazing fabrics and textures, modern fittings, bespoke amenities, a good restaurant, a cosy bar… and, most importantly, a team with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest comfort.
