National Liberal Club

I was introduced to Jenni through one of my colleagues where she supported me with delivering the first Employee Survey for the National Liberal Club. From the outset, Jenni gave me a high comfort level that she had experience in delivery of this kind of project based on her years of experience in HR and L&D. She gave me helpful pointers when preparing the survey questions and proposed communications to support the roll out. The survey results were pulled together by her very quickly and well within our agreed project timelines and she provided some really useful insights in the interpretation of the results.
