Training Courses

We have listed an overall view of the specific training courses we offer. However, we must emphasise that all courses are tailor made to your business and we are continually updating and changing materials to suit individual businesses.

It can be difficult to get staff and Managers out of the operation for a full day or even 2! so we are happy to split courses up, and run shorter modules with action plans for people to work on and can adapt subjects to train on a one to one basis. We are also developing a range of workbooks and on-line materials which are another alternative to some of the subjects.

When you invest in training you want to see action and change afterwards. That change could be that your Manager now manages their staff better or it could be that you have more revenue because your staff are practising new up selling skills. In our experience some people leave training inspired to act and change - some people need a helping hand! All courses have action plans attached to them for you to follow through or we can return to discuss these plans with individuals and develop further specific understanding.

In our industry there are so many situations where there is not one definitive answer so throughout our training we use as many interactive methods to developing peoples understanding of the whole process.
